News of the Special Interest Group on Artificial Intelligence
The Chicago Chapter of ACM's SIGART group sponsors quarterly meetings
on various subjects in the field of AI. We've had presentations from the
academic side, such as a tutorial on the history and basics of neural networks
- to the practical industry side, such as the testing of expert systems.
You're invited to join us at an upcoming meeting. The cost is nominal,
and the sessions are a great chance to get to know others in the field you
might not meet any other way. If you can't make this meeting, but wish to
be kept informed of future topics, keep this web page URL and check it again.
For more information, contact Conrad Weisert at cweisert@acm.org or call 773/624-3670.
Please send your e-mail address and you will receive quarterly notices automatically.
E-MAIL POLICY
To make our announcements more timely for everyone, SIGART is going to an
e-mail announcements system. Most of you are already receiving this by e-mail.
Library and Corporate addresses will continue to get a paper copy. If you
are getting a regular mail copy and wish to remain informed of meeting announcements,
you must send your e-mail address to cweisert@acm.org
and we will add you to our list. If you must continue to receive paper for
some reason, please contact us.
